Every Pretty Perfect item is created by hand and customers are asked to note that while every effort is made to match the sample collection small variations may occur. Part of the pleasure of owning a handmade item is knowing that it is a special and individual item.

If you would like bespoke items please call or email to make an appointment or discuss your design.

You may place an order for items in the current collection using the shopping basket and on line payment facility on this website.

Standard orders are normally dispatched within 4 weeks, your estimated dispatch date will be confirmed after receipt of your order. Should you require an item in a hurry, I will try to accommodate your needs, just call or email to discuss your requirements.

Multiple items, depending on size, may be dispatched in one order incurring only one delivery charge, please enquire before placing your order. Deliveries will require a signature. If you item(s) has a value of £35 or over you are advised to use Special Delivery, to benefit from increased postal insurance.

Returns-heading

You should delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact Pretty Perfect by telephone or email to arrange a return. If returning an item please include all original gift packaging and take care to make sure the item is adequately protected.

Refunds

Contact Pretty Perfect to arrange a return, and send the item back within 7 days of receipt stating you would like a refund. Postage for returns is at your own expense, but it is recommend you send it recorded or special delivery. You will receive an email/telephone confirmation of the receipt of the returned items and your refund.

Refunds are not available for commissioned items. Should an item require alterations I will be happy to carry these out.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for earrings.

Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after seven days.

Exchanges

Return the jewellery within 30 days of receipt stating what you would like to exchange it for, or if you prefer a credit note. Postage for returning items to us is at your own expense, but it is recommended you send it recorded or special delivery.

I will let you know when I have received the jewellery and you will receive an email/telephone confirmation for your exchange/credit. You will be charged postage for the replacement item. (See Delivery Costs)

Faulty Items

Contact Pretty Perfect by telephone or email to arrange a return, explaining the fault. If the item is faulty, I will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery costs to you, plus delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item by postal service.
